A New York appeals court Thursday rejected a lawsuit by actress Lindsay Lohan producers of Grand Theft Auto IV: Complete Steam CD Key said a picture of use in one of their video games. A Manhattan jury decided that the Appellate Division Interactive Software Inc. Take-Two not use your real "name, portrait or picture" and therefore do not violate their right to privacy.

Lohan lawsuit accused the producers of their patterns of physical properties, including clothing, long blond hair to his shoulders and voice in Grand Theft Auto V, a video game that comes in the fictional city of Los Santos, where players as car theft crime. The court said that representations deserves First Amendment protection.

"This story of the only games, the characters, dialogue and the environment, the player of SCDKey.com can choose combined to go in the game, is a work of fiction and satire do," the judge wrote. Similar claims against Take-Two also Mob Wives Karen Gravano TV stars were rejected in the combined trial. Leave a message Lohan's lawyer was not returned. Gravano's lawyer said they are exploring their options.
